He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eugene and Karen Hulbert (James); his brother-in-law Ray Levan Jr.; his parents-in-law, Ray and Annette Levan; and his nephew Charley Schroeder.
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Jennifer Lepak (Jeff) of Suamico and Douglas Koll (Kimberly) of Elkhart Lake; his grandchildren, Ben, Hannah Koll of Elkhart Lake, Mitch Lepak of Suamico and Maria Lepak of Seattle, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Shelby Truttchel (Eugene), Connie Adamson, Mary Schroeder (Mark), Joan Torrison (Torry) and Roy Levan (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
