She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Leverenz and Pearl Leverenz of Waldo; her husband Joel E. "Bud" Conrad; and her brother Keith Leverenz. She is survived by: her son Joel H. Conrad (Cathy); her grandchildren, Allen Conrad (Lindsay) and Lisa Boettner (Peter); her great grandchild Brooke Boettner; and her brother John Leverenz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Alice's name to the Humane Society of Sheboygan County for their new facility.
