He was predeceased by: his parents, Curt Cheney and Mabel Cheney (Neuville); his wife Nonabelle Hicok; his siblings, Emy Lou and Joe; and his mother-in-law Josephine Hicok.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen, Paula Marciniak (Jerry) and Steve Cheney (Jan); his grandchildren, Stephen Marciniak (Ashley), Ashley Gaede (Dustin), Ryan Marciniak, Kyle Cheney (Megan), Kristin Cheney and Kelli Forrest (Billy); and his great grandchildren, Carter, Amara, Adelyn, Wynn and Charlie.
