Willeene N. Lins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020, at the age of 84, Willeene N. Lins of Viroqua, Wisconsin, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Chupp and Hazel Chupp (Foster); her sons, Tim and Tom Otterson; her husband Florian Lins; and her siblings, Marion Rauch and Wesley Chupp.
She is survived by: her former husband LeRoy Otterson; her granddaughter Chelsea; her children, Ron Otterson, Bill Otterson and Laura Hill (Byron); her stepchildren, Gary Lins, Karen and Dierdre; her sister Hazel Ratcliff; and her close friends, Nancy, Daryl Ertl and Kevin Alexander. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
