He was predeceased by: his father Larry Sidie; his brother Wade Sidie; his nephew Preston Nelson; his father-in-law Charles Nicks; his aunts, DeeAnn Hase and Dolly Howell; and his pet Babe.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Sidie (Nicks); his husband Verlyn Hanson; his sister Tamara Nelson (Guy); his niece Starr Nelson; his great-niece Payson Onshus; his uncle Larry Hirschfield; and his stepchildren, Adam Hanson, Nicole Hanson (Jeremy), Trisha Hanson and Shaun Hanson (Heather). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; other relatives and friends.
