He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Eloda; his children, Pauline Walsh, Mary Lowe, Joan Rogers, Francis Penchi, Carol Jackson, Paul Penchi Jr., Patrick Penchi (Amy), Peter Penchi (Anastasia) and Rose Kelley (Daniel); and his fathers, Michael Klos and Tom Kelley.
