He is survived by: his spouse Gail Bolstad; his children, Roderic Bolstad, Laura Thurston and Vickie Sheffer; his grandchildren, Joseph, Brody, Olivia, Lorraine, Leonard, Teresa, Russell, Kristina and Caleb; and his brothers, Arnold and Roger Bolstad (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
