She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Swiggum and Ingeborg Swiggum (Everson); her husband Gilbert Turben; her siblings, Arnty Swiggum and Karen Swiggum; her great grandchild Tyler Turben; and her sons-in-law, Rickey Johnson and Randy Olson.
She is survived by: her children, Charles (Rachel), Gilbert Jr., Mary Johnson, Susan Carlson (Don), David (Elaine), Mark (Brenda), Brian (Janice), Martha Leis (Gary), Brent (Beverly), Barbara Frank, Bradley (Penny) and Melissa Skildum (Mike); and her sister Martha Burns. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and their spouses; many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Peggy's name to Vernon Manor or St. Croix Hospice.
