She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Leirmo and Clara Leirmo (Aberg); her husband Elden Hanson; her son Ronald Lewis Hanson; her siblings, Leslie Leirmo, Alice Swiggum (Art) and Celia Forde (Nels); and her daughter-in-law Katherine Hanson (Starkey).

She is survived by: her son Oved Wayne Hanson; her grandchildren, Devin Hanson, Cory Hanson, Amber Harrison (Hanson), Randy Hanson and Tammye Hanson; her great grandchildren, Caelyn Hanson, Brady Hanson, Carter Harrison, Colby Harrison, Rosemary Cox and Ashley Stevenson (Darrin); her sisters, Ruth Lightfoot (Oliver) and Kristie Arneson (Orrin); and her daughter-in-law Barbara Hanson (Colwell). She is also survived by four great-great-grandchildren.
