He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole C. Volden and Delia E. Volden (Hanson); his wife Donna Hauser; and his siblings, Bernice Solberg, Ona Allen, Helen Ramsette, Glen Volden and Donald Volden.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Volden (Vicki), Eric Volden, Cindy Legg (David), Rhonda Storlie (Chris) and Renae Smith (Kevin). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorials in Leland's name be directed to Zion Lutheran Church or to a charity of your choice.
