Kay Swiggum Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Swiggum of Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Jacobson; her former spouse Kim Fossum; her sister Beverly Miller; and her nephew Todd Miller. She is survived by: her mother Mae Jacobson of Westby; her former husband Isaac Tollackson; her husband Wayne "Buster" Swiggum; her children, Kamille Tilson (Jeffrey) of La Crosse, Kelli Schultz of Viroqua and Stacey Chen (Christopher) of Fort Lauderdale; her sisters, Mavis Campton (Dave) of Viroqua and Tamara Jacobson of Westby; her grandchildren, Amanda Brennan (John), Kyle, Kalia Schultz, Macy Tilson and Isla Chen; and her stepchildren, Shelly Holen (Todd), Ashley Swiggum and Brian Swiggum. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the charity of donor's choice.
