It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie Johnson of Viroqua, Wisconsin, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Johnson and Viola Johnson (McGregor); his wife Rosemary Royer (Kauten); his children, Jackie Doherty (Gary), Janet Hildebrand (Roger), Denise Gill (George), Sue Swanhorst (Lance), Jeanne Miller, Charles Royer (Cheryl), Yvonne Rubin (Eric Bogdan), David Royer, Michael Royer, Julie Moore (Parker), Cristi Letang (Henry) and Jerry Johnson (Thea); and his siblings, Dixie Buhrow (Guy) and Larry Johnson (Joleen). He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren; 26 great- grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
