John Edward Fortney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Edward Fortney of Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 30, 2020 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Fortney and Ruth Fortney of Soldiers Grove; and his nephew Cody George. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Fortney (Lorraine), Phyllis Haugland (Gary) and Diane (Greg Bakkestuen); his close friend Nicole Repinski; and his daughter Taylor. He is also survived by grand-daughter who he had never met; nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many good friends and family, as well as his cat.
A private burial will be held at a later time, due to Covid, at Franklin Lutheran Church, Soldiers Grove with Pastor Jeanette Thorp.
