She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Sullivan; her children, Sheila, Rodriguez of Viroqua and Jerry Sullivan (Julee) of Mokena, IL.; her grandchildren, Jonathon Sullivan, David, Garrit and Max Rodriguez; and her sister Sandra (Dan).
