She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett McCollum and Helen McCollum (Huffman); her husband Bob; and her brother James McCollum of Richland Center. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Dobbe (Tom) of Viroqua, Craig Starr (Kay) of Viroqua, Mark Starr (Susie) of Prairie and Sac; her grandchildren, Troy Dobbe, Jennifer Dobbe Heath (Austin), Corey Starr (Katie), Scott Starr (Holly), Ashley Veglahn (Nick), Charles Starr and Connor Starr; her great grandchildren, Landen, Blake Starr and Riley Veglahn; and also America.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Friends of VMH or to the Bland-Bekkedal Center for Hospice Care.
