He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Ginny Ellison, Lawrence Sr. and Elenore Nelson; and his uncle Jesse Ellison.
He is survived by: his mother Penny Nelson (Ellison); his son Landyn Wayne Clark; his father Lawrence Nelson, Jr. (Deb Harris); his brothers, Michael Nelson (Joanna), Jesse Nelson (Sara) and Wesley Nelson (Anita); and his aunts and uncles, Gary Carlson (Sharon), Danial Carlson, Kim Carlson, Bill Carlson, John Nelson, Carolyn Swiggum (Doug Abbey), Julie Simon (Chris) and Bill Nelson (Christina). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials may be given to an animal shelter of choice or toward planting a tree in Jake's memory.
