He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Dregne and Lizzie Dregne (Hanson); his wife Leona J. Fortney; his grandson Darrin; his siblings, Norine Tollefson (Almer), Helen Wee (Albert), Josephine Arnetveit (Issac), Louise Sherry (Marcellus), Clarence, Alfred, Lloyd, Raymond and Alvin; and his close friend Olga Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, David Dregne (Rosemary) of Readstown, Linda Wastlick (Frank) of Richland Center, Duaine Dregne (Susan) of Viroqua and Dean Dregne (Gloria) of Viroqua. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
