He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Brickl and Lillian Brickl (Liegel); his wife Marie Liegel Brickl; and his children, Barbara Hawksworth, Ken Brickl (Jen) of Spring Green, Kathy Appleman (Richard) of LaFarge, Scott Brickl (Teresa) of Hillsboro and Carla Clark (Jim) of Hillsboro. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
A private family service will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the St. Luke's Catholic Church in Plain, with burial in the St. Luke's Catholic Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke's Catholic Church.
