He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Steele and Anna Steele; his brother Howard Steele; and his granddaughter Lacie Ann Steele. He is survived by: his wife Mary Schuttenhelm; his children, Thomas Steele (Sheryl) and Michelle Crapser (Timothy); his grandchildren, Bret, Christopher, Michael and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Allie, Holden and Aubrey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family, which will be used for a donation in Connie's name.
