She was predeceased by: her parents, Tonette "Malena" Haukland and Bernt August Rude; her husband Kenneth Nelson; her brothers, Art and Otis; and her daughter Linda Becker.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann McDonald of Ontario, Robin Kenyon (Brian) of Reedsburg, Karen Schlicht of Viroqua, Kent Nelson (Brandi) of Westby and Richard Nelson (Kaylene) of Westby. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the national pandemic, a private graveside service will be held for immediate family members.
