She was predeceased by: her father Byron Bender. She is survived by: her mother Louise Bender (Deaver); her husband Gary; her children, Jaclynn Yocum (Jason Leis), Julie Okerstrom (Mandy Lund), Trevor Hoke (Brittany) and Katy Kozlak (Derek); her grandson Dalton Yocum (Victoria); her great grandchild Eliah; her grandchildren, Jadynn Yocum, Abby Leis, Blake Okerstrom, Max Okerstrom, Dekker Kozlak and Ari Kozlak; and her brother Greg Bender. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in the name of the Roxanne Hoke Memorial Scholarship Fund, to be used to support future educators.
