John N. Severson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John N. Severson of Viola, Wisconsin, born in Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nordahl Severson and Dena Severson (Chellevold); his brother Gary; his parents-in-law, Milfred and Borghild Burkum; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Tarbox, Arvid Burkum and Dick Tarbox.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Burkum; his children, Jennifer and Jared (Amber); his brother Bob (Sally); his siblings-in-law, Wayne Burkum (Mary) and Jeanette Burkum; and his nieces and nephews, Gerry Jon Severson, Daniel Severson, Kevin Tarbox, Jason, Derek, Jesse, Brett Burkum, Karn Carroll and Kari Tarbox.
The family requests that those attending the visitation or funeral to please wear masks and practice social distancing.
