With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Marcellus Parr of Viola, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Parr and Pearl Parr (Pederson); his wife Dorothy Hammond; and his brothers, Eugene Parr, Harlan Parr (Doris) and Gaylerd Parr (Audrey).
He is survived by: his children, Debra Parr, David Parr (Maridene) and Daniel Parr (Melodie Muraski); his grandchildren, Travis Parr (Nicole), Trevor Parr (Amanda Loney), Allyson Hericks (Zeb), Kelli Fritz (Lance) and Brittany Parr (Kyle Welbes); his great grandchildren, Elleece, Amelia, Ayden, Carter, Rylee, Noah, Addyson, Ashtin and Mya; his stepgranddaughter Melodie Olson; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cody and Cailey Russell; his siblings, Donald Parr (Helen), Cheryl Jenkins (Bill) and Gloria Kilmer (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Wallace, Barb Hammond and Carol Hanson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vernon Manor activity department, the Alzheimer's Association, or the M.S. Association of America.
