With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman J. Eckes (Vesper, Wisconsin), born in Marshfield, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 25, 2018 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve; his son Larry; his son-in-law Dale Folz; and his brother Art Eckes. He is survived by: his children, Lana LaSee of Marshfield, Sandra Eckes of Marshfield, Paulette Riedel (Neil) of Marshfield, Deborah Folz of Marshfield and Todd Eckes (Donna) of Vesper; his daughter-in-law Elaine Eckes of Rice Lake; and his grandchildren, Keith LaSee, Brian LaSee, Michele Benz (Dan), Nathaniel Riedel (Erin), Christopher Riedel (Katie), Stacy Thom Stephanie Armstrong (Brandon), Samantha Zimmerman (Dave), Jacqueline Zellner (Jason) and Krystin Eckes. He is also survived by 6 great granddaughters, 2 great grandsons and 1 great great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be designated to the American Cancer Society or St. John the Baptist Parish.
