He is survived by: his father Tony Prochaska; his sisters, Kelly Look (Doug) and Kristy Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Abby, Gracie, Riley, Ellie Look, Brady, Ruby, Maggie and Mollie Johnson; and his pet Tanner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
