She is survived by: her son Jerry; her husband Charlie; her sons, Jason Koch, Jerome Koch (Natalie) and Michael Koch; her grandchildren, Kaine Koch, William Koch, Alex Koch and Connor Koch; and her siblings, Felicia Meilke (Alfred), William Glass (Renee), Crystal Glass and Steve Glass (Elaine).
