She is survived by: her husband Donald Hook; her children, Stanley Hook (Patsy Luchsinger) of Verona, Dawn Birk (Jerry) of Lake Wisconsin, David Hook of Verona, Dale Hook (Mary Coster) of Blanchardville, Catherine "Kay" Wyss (Gene) of Boise, Idaho, Lance Hook (Kris Frederick) of Barneveld and Chris Hook (Sandy Losenegger) of Mount Horeb; her grandchildren, Angela Beal (Kenny), Jason Hook (Becky), Jennifer Schneider (Brandt), Jaclyn Stone (Larry), Melanie Birk, Scott, Trevor, Chayn, Justin, Kyle Hook, Brad Wyss, Monica Sauder and Jolene Klarer (Paul); her sisters, Letha Russell and Betty Faust; and her siblings-in-law, Lorne Hook, Joyce Hook and Anita Hook. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
