He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Jennie Mae; and his brothers, James and David. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas (Lauren), Madison, Jeff (Sarah) and Minneapolis; his granddaughters, Evelyn and Annika; and his siblings, William, John, Michael, Daniella and Joseph.
