She is survived by: her husband Michael of Madison, WI; her daughter Melissa Anne Sullivan of Madison, WI; her siblings, Steven Mann and Constance Pike; and her nieces and nephews, Lori Pike, Jody Thompson, Edward Mann, Theodore Mann, Shari Lee (Don), Dobby Englebert (Chuck), Jean Riedel (Mike) and Annette Duente (John).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations may be made to the Dane County Humane Society.
