She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wilbur and Leona Mae Collins (Stanley); and her brother Robert "Bob" Collins. She is survived by: her family Jo; her daughters, Sandra Ellis-Brye (Kent) of Verona, WI and Michele E. Castillo (Carlos) of North Carolina; her brother James F. "Jim" Collins (Sue) of Elwood; her grandchildren, Katrina Brye, Jessica Murray and Matthew Gibson; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Grayson and Leo; and also Tucker.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association through the funeral home.
