He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bice and Beatrice Bice; his brother Donald Bice; and also Carol Bice. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Kevin of Verona and Kinsey (Travis Ladd) of Seattle, WA; his brother Daniel Bice (Janis) of Lake Geneva; and his sister-in-law Rose Bice of Edgerton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
