He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Brogaard and Caroline Brogaard (Hegarty); his wife Jean Pfitzer; his son Daniel; and his siblings, Fred Brogaard and Dorothy Flores (Brogaard).
He is survived by: his children, Andrew of Madison and Kristin Brogaard (David Sherman); his grandchild Telia of Nashville, Tennessee.; and his siblings, Caroline Behnke (Brogaard) of Chilton, Allen, JoNette Brogaard of Alexandria, Pat Brogaard of Waupaca and Sue Brogaard of Prescott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
John faithfully served the Lord throughout his life, and if you wish to honor him with a memorial it can be made to the Lutheran Hour Ministries or a charity of your choice.
