He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mack and Carole Mack (Sersch). He is survived by: his siblings, David Mack (Missy), Scott Mack and Michelle Wallestad. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher Catholic Church (301 N Main St, Verona, WI 53593).
In lieu of flowers, memorials made to the organization of the donor's choosing in Jeff's memory would be appreciated by the family.
