He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Horn and Florence Horn (Helgestad); his mother-in-law Maria Alicia Monsalve; and his siblings, Jerry, John Horn, Joyce Herzberg, Janice Bubolz and Joanne Hahn.
He is survived by: his son Andrew Phillip Horn; his wife Olga Ortega Monsalve; his sisters, Judi Winch (Bill), Jackie Henderson (Russ) and Julie Vaughan (Dan); his father-in-law Parmenio Ortega; and his siblings-in-law, Jose Ortega, Miguel Ortega (Patricia), Mireya Gamboa (Libardo) and Marleny Segui (Jaime). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jim's name to Memorial Baptist Church.
