He is survived by: his wife Caroline Mulligan; his sister Gail Habucke (Robert); his sister-in-law Joy Mulligan; his children, James Mulligan (Laureen), Maureen Kelting (Mark), Timothy Mulligan (Laura), Kathleen Hanna (Kent) and Patricia Kotulak; and his grandchildren, Tanner Kelting, Taylor Kelting, Justin Hanna (Mandy), Ryan Hanna and Lilyana Kotulak.
