He is survived by: his wife Ruth Motelet; his children, Patrick (Luci) and Shannon Hoida (Jacob); his grandchildren, Madeline James, Mara, Macy, Clara and Preston; his brother Jerald Collins (Carol); his sisters-in-law, Joyce and Dawn; and his parents-in-law, Mike Motelet (Rose), Bill Motelet (Mary), Carol Clark (Bob), Catherine "Gigi" Bethke (Gary), Margie Barry (Kyle), Jeff Motelet (Daniel) of James, Kris Buscemi (Sam), Teresa Beecher (Tom) and Jill Lilly (Mike).
Due to COVID there will be no luncheon.
