With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Thomas Diederich (Verona, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Diederich (Donna), David Phillips (Patricia) and Rosella Phillips (Weber); and his uncle Alan Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Diederich and Brenda Diederich (Phillips); and his siblings, Ashley Strelow (Sebastian), Ambriel Chamberlain (Casey) and Nick Diederich (Nikki). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
