He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Everett Morrison Sr. and Lucille Mary Morrison (Wiese); his wife Sharon DeVoss; his sister Mary Heideman; and his brother-in-law Richard DeVoss (Dick).
He is survived by: his brothers, Hugh Morrison (Sharon) of Sun Prairie and Jim Morrison (Sue) of Madison; his brothers-in-law, David (Dorothy) of Dodgeville, Larry (Catherine) of Dodgeville, Orville (Carol) of Linden, Gary (Cora) of San Antonio, TX and Tom (Kathy) of Dodgeville; and his niece Brooke DeVoss of Mt. Horeb. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to SSM Health St. Mary's Foundation – Madison.
