She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Schneider and Hilda Schneider (Ruppel); and her sister Linda DiBona. She is survived by: her husband Richard Kreutz of Verona; her children, Jennifer Krantz (Scott) of Verona, WI and Brian Kreutz (Jennifer) of Madison, WI; her grandchildren, Michael, Kaylee, Kyle Krantz, Anna and Brandon Kreutz; and her sisters, Cindy Becker (Bruce) of Sheboygan, WI and Deborah Schneider of Rocky Knoll.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made in Eileen's name to the Agrace Hospice & Supportive Care Center, 5395 E Cheryl Pkwy, Fitchburg, WI 53711.
