She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schaetzel and Louise Schaetzel (Heider); her husband Elmer "Mike" Seffern; her brothers, Leroy Schaetzel, Lyle Schaetzel and Byron Schaetzel; her siblings-in-law, Pat Driscoll, Eugene Johnson, Herbert Seffern, Jeanette Seffern and Pam Schaetzel; and her daughter-in-law Mary Beth Seffern.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Seffern of Van Dyne and Kathy Hoerth (Norbert) of Rosendale; her grandchildren, Michael Seffern (Stacy) of Morton, Ill, Kristin Seffern (Frank Russo) of Franklin, Wis, Mark Seffern of Milwaukee, Angela Engel (Kevin) of Rosendale and Martin Hoerth (Desiree Oakley) of Minneapolis; her great grandchildren, Haley, Autumn, Eva Engel, Jacob and Caden Seffern; her siblings, Clayton Schaetzel (Grace) of Naples, Fla., Myrtle Gauger (Franklin) of Germantown, Virgilyn Driscoll of Oconomowoc and Marilyn Johnson of Lone Tree, Colo.; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Schaetzel of Lomira, Marianne Schaetzel of Fond and June Schaetzel of Fond. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
