He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Reyes Holmes; his wife Melanie A. Eubanks; and his daughter Dixie Love. He is survived by: his father James Holmes of Fond; his children, Behr Robert of Van Dyne, Charli Ann of Van Dyne, Della Marie of Van Dyne and Dotti Mae Holmes of Van Dyne; and his siblings, Cory Holmes (Theresa) of Appleton, Cassie Holmes (Brett) of Fond, Lac, Paula, Dale Eubanks of Eldorado, Laura Christie (Lance) of North Carolina, Matt Eubanks (Sami) of Eldorado and Andy Eubanks (Tiffany) of Eldorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
