He was predeceased by: his parents, George Teteak and Florence Teteak (Felber); his daughter Lisa Lee (Teteak); and his siblings, Donald Teteak and Mary Jane McLaughlin (Fred).

He is survived by: his son Steven Teteak; his grandsons, Dominic Gage Teteak and Dylan Django Teteak; and his nieces, Maureen Aikens (McLaughlin), Linda Purl (McLaughlin) and Muffy O'Donnell (McLaughlin). He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
