He is survived by: his wife Nadine Layden (Menges); his children, Cheryl Moss (Layden), Randy, Lisa DeBeck (Layden) and John Layden; his grandchildren, Brian (David Moss), Kathryn Jerdee (Ben), Elisabeth Portz (Jared), John Reed Layden, Garrett (Ryan Menges) and Lauryn Hibbard; his great grandchildren, Evelyn Jerdee, Mara, Thea Portz, Ayden, Cody Menges, Azzayha and Darryen Menges; and his nieces and nephews, David (Christine), Chris (Denise), Doug (Mary Knoll), Karen Murray (Ickstadt), Jeff (Andi) and Ross (Tressa Meyer).
