She is survived by: her brother Theodore Giese, Jr.; her parents, Theodore Giese and Lottie Giese; her husband Mike Delaney; her sisters, Tim Giese (Jan Shuck), Susan Ruggles (Russ) and Rose Wahren (Johan); and also, Lucille Sr, Thomas J. Delaney, Sr., Kayla Ziesmer (Patrick) and Matthew Delaney.
In lieu of flowers we have established a team to honor Dorie through the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, which has a goal to double the survival rate of pancreatic cancer by 2020.
