He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Voelker and Lois Voelker (Morrison); and his siblings, Donny Voelker, Kevin Voelker and Sara Voelker.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Voelker (Tami) of Edgar and Melissa Carpenter (Neal) of Loyal; his grandchildren, Tiana, Jada, Eric, Dakota and Logan; and his siblings, David Voelker, Steve Voelker (Debbie), Tammy Sheets (Mike), Nancy Weiss (Robin), Lori Drinka (Donald), Ann Voelker, Jamie Voelker (Jessica) and Amy Voelker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
