He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Theunis of Paul's Catholic Church; his children, Sara Hockers (Jeff), Teri Olson (Steve Phillips) and Dan Van Lanen; his grandchildren, Breckyn, Caeden Hockers, Maxwell and Ashlynn Olson; his nieces and nephews, Don Tennessen, Karen Tetzlaff (Gary), Lou Ann Zeamer (Carl), Carl Theunis (Sharon) and Sandra Smetana; and his sister-in-law Mary Tennessen.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established.
