She was predeceased by: her husband Lafel S. Vann; her father Leo A. Van Dam; her sister-in-law Lori Van Dam; and her nephew Paul Van Dam Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Elaina Vann-Curley (John Curley) and Leah James; her grandchildren, Rory of Arizona, Robin of Arizona, Ryan James of Arizona and Alyssa Burruel of Arizona; her great grandchild Alexandra Velazquez; her mother Marie Van Dam; and her brother Paul Van Dam.
