He is survived by: his wife Kim Bouche (Herman); his daughter Aleya; his siblings, Jane Bouche and Lee Bouche (Minnie); his nephew Matthew (Maggie); his sister Jill Lanham (Brad); his nephew Christopher (Brooke); his niece Kathryn Warren (Tony); his great-nieces, Grace, Ella and Hazel; his sister-in-law Lisa Herman; and his niece Grace Herman. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund will be established in Chuck's memory.
