Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Therese Hoffman of Union Grove, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 80, on December 27, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey West and Margaret West; and her sisters, Colleen Martin, Dorothy Pezzi, Patricia Church, Beverly Mutter and Adel Gunderson.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Peter Hoffman; her sons, Jeffry M. Hoffman (Karen) and James A. Hoffman; and her grandchildren, Joshua Hoffman, Justin Hoffman, Jennifer Asmann, Autumn Hoffman, Brian Hoffman and Katie Hoffman. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Due to the COVID Pandemic, the family will hold a private service, at a later date.
