He is survived by: his children, Paul Welch (Linda) and Tara Lee (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Carol Quadracci; his grandchildren, Morgan, Graham, Balin Welch, Rebecca, Scott Lee and Paul Buchanan (Monica); his great grandchildren, Matthew, Trever and Kyera; his brother Robert Welch (Linda); and his sister-in-law Carol Welch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
